Rick Raybin, CEO & Founder of Lifetime Capital Group, LLC, helps families make smart decisions around their finances. He started his career as a CPA with the international CPA firm, Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers). He then joined Rosenberg Real Estate Equity Funds (RREEF) where he served as their Chief Financial Officer for 11 years. RREEF’s clients were the pension funds of major US corporations, such as AT&T and IBM. While at RREEF, Rick helped to found and served as the first president and board chair of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) which was created to provide performance of investment real estate as an alternative asset for their pension fund investors’ portfolios. Today, NCREIF publishes a series of indexes of real estate performance.
In 2018, Rick published a book on investing, Investing 3.0: What the Creators of Index Funds Discovered and How to Profit from It, and is collaborating on a 2nd book with a member of the team that developed index funds.
Since founding Lifetime Capital over 16 years ago, Rick has helped numerous families make financial and investment decisions to help them live the life they desire. This includes helping families with investment real estate portfolios transitioning leadership to the next generation and others who want help making sense of the many investment alternatives being offered.
